The East Tennessee Community Design Center will hold its 15th Annual Summer Party and Fundraiser called “In the Shadows of 40,” with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, silent auction and an exclusive walking tour of businesses and private residences in the Depot Avenue area, including works in progress.
