Grammy-nominated pianist, composer and arranger John Beasley joins the Knoxville Jazz Orchestra for a celebration of the 100th anniversary of Thelonious Monk’s birth. Beasley is the creator of Monk’estra, a group that celebrates Monk’s music with a contemporary twist.
