An invitation-only preview reception will be held to see “Gathering Light,” the presentation of works by Knoxville-born artist Beauford Delaney (1905-1979) and will include more than 30 of Delaney’s paintings and drawings – nearly all of which have never before been on public view. The gallery walk-through will be held with Dr. Monique Wells, founder and director of Les Amis de Beauford Delaney in Paris. Wine and light refreshments will be served.
