Raise the Roots 2017

Raise the Roots, an annual fundraiser for Beardsley Community Farm, features the bounties of summer on the farm. The supper will be vegetarian and locally sourced; most of the produce is grown at Beardsley Community Farm. Vegan options also will be available upon advance request (email: [email protected])
Iced tea and coffee are included, and guests are welcome to bring wine with a corkage fee of $10 per bottle. Beer and wine also will be available for purchase at The Plaid Apron. Owner and chef Drew McDonald and his team will prepare the meal. Doors open at 6 p.m.; dinner will be served promptly at 6:45 p.m.
