The Salvation Army will hold its fourth annual “Cup of Hope” luncheon to coincide with Domestic Violence Awareness month and to benefit The Joy D. Baker Center, which serves as a shelter for women with or without children affected by domestic violence, as well as homeless women with children. The 24-hour staff members also serve as counselors and liaisons for the court and school systems and assist with job placement and referrals to other agencies.

Tracie Miles of Proverbs 31 will be the guest speaker. Kim Hansard of STAR 102.1 will serve as the emcee.
