The Great Smoky Mountain Council Boy Scouts of America will honor Larry Martin at the 2016 Distinguished Citizen Dinner. Martin is the commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Finance & Administration. The reception begins at 6:15 p.m. with dinner to follow at 7 p.m. Reservations are required, and funds will be accepted at the event.
