The 15th Annual KARM Dragon Boat Festival draws corporate and community teams that compete for a variety of awards, while serving as a primary fundraiser for Knox Area Rescue Ministries. Teams of 22 paddlers race 41-foot-long dragon boats to support the programs that KARM offers the homeless in the community. Teams pay a registration fee to enter.
