2019 Ties and Tails Gala

The 2019 Ties and Tails Gala will raise funds to sponsor a training dog for a veteran in need through Smoky Mountain Service Dogs. The event includes a cocktail reception and dinner. Attire is dressy casual. Canine companions are welcome.
