Leadership Knoxville will hold its Mayors’ Leadership Luncheon, now in its 13th year, with Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon, Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs and other area leaders. The 2022 keynote speaker will be Knox White, mayor of Greenville, South Carolina, who among other accomplishments, brought Minor League Baseball to downtown Greenville. The luncheon also will feature the presentation of the Leadership Knoxville Class of 2022 graduates and will honor Sharon Pryse, the founder and CEO of The Trust Company of Tennessee, as the Distinguished Alumni Award recipient. Online registration is required and can be done HERE. Attendees can attend in person for $50 a ticket or watch the event virtually at no cost. Before the 11:30 a.m. sit-down luncheon, the Atlanta Braves’ World Series trophy will be on display from 10:45-11:30 a.m., part of a a journey to 151 towns to commemorate the Braves’ 151 years as a franchise.
