The 2023 East Tennessee Preservation Conference: Modernism in East Tennessee will explore the history of Mid-Century Modernist design in the area, its importance in the history of architecture and why these sites should be preserved. The annual preservation conference, hosted by Knox Heritage, is an educational opportunity for history enthusiasts; civic leaders; and professionals in the fields of architecture, real estate, academia and property development. Registration includes all sessions, breakfast and lunch.
