The Doctor Robert F. Thomas Foundation will hold its 26th Annual Evening of Elegance Benefit Ball & Auction. The event, which is themed “Under the Big Top,” is organized by the foundation, a nonprofit organization established in 1983 to help expand the range and quality of health care services available in Sevier County. The event includes a evening of entertainment and auctions to benefit LeConte Medical Center, Helen Ross McNabb Center, Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic and the Boys and Girls Club of the Smoky Mountains. Dolly Parton, one of the many babies delivered by Dr. Robert F. Thomas, serves as honorary chair.

A reception and silent auction starts at 6 p.m., followed by a 7 p.m. dinner, 8 p.m. live auction and 9 p.m. dancing.
