5th Annual Bill Wilcox Bow Tie Award & Celebration

The 2017 Bill Wilcox Bow Tie Award & Celebration will be held in honor of community leader Thomas H. Row. The event is a fundraiser for Aid to Distressed Families of Appalachian Counties (ADFAC).
