Fort Loudoun Lake Association hosts its 7th annual Raising of the Water Celebration as TVA raises the water back to summer levels The fundraiser will be held this year at the historic Dulin Art Gallery, owned and renovated by John Trotter.

Live music will be provided by the Jay Eric Band and food catered by Dead End BBQ with live and silent auctions. Author, pilot and photographer Ron Lowery will speak about his 11-year journey photographically documenting the Tennessee River.
