Knox Heritage Film Screening: Roman Catacomb Mystery
June 18, 2019 @ 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. | Limited space; RSVP needed
Knox Heritage will host “Preservation Network: Film Screening of Roman Catacomb Mystery,” in Adelia’s Studio at Historic Westwood. Beneath the streets of Rome lies the Catacombs, a labyrinth of tunnels hundreds of miles long, lined with the tombs of the citizens of ancient Rome. In 2002, workers fixing a broken water main found a previously unknown burial chamber with hundreds of bodies locked away for nearly 2,000 years. The forensic investigation follows a trail of ancient clues to uncover new secrets of life, death and disease. RSVP to [email protected]. Space is limited.
