A Tennessee Conversation with Bill Haslam and Gary Wade

Bill Haslam, former mayor of Knoxville and governor of Tennessee, will discuss his new book, “Faithful Presence: The Promise and the Peril of Faith in the Public Square,” and will be joined by retired Tennessee Supreme Court Justice Gary Wade for a special “Tennessee Conversation.” Haslam will discuss his vision for the redemptive role of faith in politics while examining some of the complex issues of our time. Books are available before the event from the Museum of East Tennessee History’s gift shop. Books also will be available for purchase and signing following the event, which will be held in the sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church in downtown Knoxville. Registration is required, and attendees can sign up HERE.
