
ACF/UT Culinary Scholarship Dinner Honoring Elaine Streno

The American Culinary Federation (ACF) and University of Tennessee Culinary will honor Elaine Streno, who will celebrate her 30th year as executive director of Second Harvest Food Bank of East Tennessee. The event will take place on the fourth floor of the UT Conference Center. UT Culinary, under the direction of Chef Greg Eisele, CEC, and the Smoky Mountain Chapter of the American Culinary Federation have trained and mentored over 400 students throughout the past nine years. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward culinary scholarships provided through ACF.
