The American Culinary Federation (ACF) and University of Tennessee Culinary will honor Terry Turner, the founder of All Occasions Party Rentals, which has become the leader in the event rental business in the East Tennessee area. The event will take place on the fourth floor of the UT Conference Center. Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward culinary scholarships provided through ACF.  Information about the chefs preparing the dinner and special access sponsorships, along with registration and tickets, is available HERE. UT Culinary, under the direction of Chef Greg Eisele and the Smoky Mountain Chapter of the American Culinary Federation, has trained and mentored over 400 students throughout the past 10 years. Students have successful careers as caterers, executive chefs, sous chefs, private chefs and food truck owners. For the past four years, workforce development has become a priority by training disadvantaged individuals for careers in food service.
