“An Evening with Bryan Stevenson,” a benefit for the Knox County Public Defender’s Community Law Office, is organized in partnership with the East Tennessee Foundation. Stevenson is the founder and executive director of Equal Justice Initiative, which fights poverty and challenges racial discrimination in the criminal justice system.
