The Sevier Award is an annual event that recognizes a deserving person who demonstrates care for the community and its citizens. The 2020 honoree will be Bill May, executive director of Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg and longtime community volunteer and advocate in Sevier County. In celebration of May and his work, the event will include an art exhibit showcasing regional artists. Pieces will be available for purchase at the event. The reception starts at 5:30 p.m., and the event features live entertainment and a buffet. Sponsorships are available.
