“Meet the Artists,” an annual event held by Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts that features the work of the artists, will be a virtual one in 2020. The online auction will be start Nov. 1 and end Nov. 14 at noon with winners announced Nov. 15 at the virtual event. A four-course, Italian-themed dinner will be delivered, ready to serve, in the afternoon of Nov. 15. The menu includes: charcuterie board, Caprese salad, chicken diavolo, osso buco, bread and herbed olive oil, tiramisu and panacotta, a choice of red or white wine or both. Attendees also may pick up the meal at one of two designated locations in Knoxville and Sevierville. Sponsors also will receive a box of handmade objects including a bud vase made by ceramic artist Janet Harper; napkin rings by ceramicist Bill Griffith; hand-dyed napkins by Pat K. Thomas, Vernon Bowen, Amie Adelman and Rena Wood; wood candleholder by Heather Ashworth; hand-poured candle; and charcuterie board by John Polly and Sandy Pittard.
