Beck Cultural Exchange Center 4th Annual Eighth of August Jubilee

Beck Cultural Exchange Center, in remembrance of the history of emancipation in Tennessee, will hold its Fourth Annual Eighth of August Jubilee. The 2018 red carpet event will feature a documentary film, “Black, White & U.S.,” that will debut in Knoxville. Special guests for the evening are the film’s creator, Loki Mulholland and civil rights icon Joan Trumpauer Mulholland.
