Beck Cultural Exchange Center will hold its Annual Libation Tribute Ceremony at Freedmen’s Mission Historic Cemetery adjacent to Knoxville College. The special service is a tribute to enslaved descendants freed Aug. 8, 1863. The event is free and open to the public. Donations and support are appreciated.
