The Chef Joe Cunningham Provider Dinner, Fundraiser and Industry After Party will benefit the family of Joe Cunningham, who passed away in July from injuries sustained in a car crash. Cunningham, a much-loved chef and friend known as “The Joe,” was, above all else, a provider and worked multiple jobs to provide food to his guests and to support his wife, Laura, and their children, Noah, 19, and Willa, 10.

Join East Tennessee’s finest talent in the hospitality and culinary industry for canapés and a five-course meal to raise money for the family. Participating chefs include: Sarah Steffan; Trevor Stockton; Brian Balest; Jesse Newmister; Drew McDonald; Brian Strutz; Joseph Lenn; Matt Gallaher; Ashley Quick; and Adjryche Channing. Each course is paired with curated wines from Keith Kirk and Lance Davidson.

The fundraiser includes silent and live auctions, including a two-night stay at Blackberry Mountain and a concert/hotel package to see the Dave Matthews Band in Lake Tahoe with backstage lounge passes and two nights at the Station House Inn. The After Party features a mix and mingle with the chefs, late night snacks from Chef Jeffrey DeAlejandro and artist and DJ Sarah Shebaro playing a curated a list of Cunningham’s favorite music.
