Clarence Brown Theatre Gala

The 2014 gala celebrates the 40th Anniversary Season and benefits the Clarence Brown Theatre Artists Fund Endowment, which helps bring professional guest artists to the stages of the CBT.
The “Red Carpet Welcome” begins at 6:30 p.m., and cocktail hour will begin promptly upon arrival with hors d’oeuvres served. That will be followed by a lavish full-course meal, during which Robert “Bob” Cothran, a scenic designer and theatre department faculty member from 1972 to 1998, will be recognized as the Gala Honoree. Live auction begins at 8:45 p.m.
WBIR’s Robin Wilhoit and John Becker will serve as masters of ceremonies.
