The Covenant Health Knoxville Marathon is an annual weekend-long event held in the spring with a health and fitness expo and five different running events: 26.2-mile marathon, 13.1-mile half-marathon and four-person marathon relay. The 5K run and one-mile Covenant Kids Run will be held Saturday, March 24. The race course showcases many of Knoxville’s scenic neighborhoods.
