Knoxville City Councilwoman Amelia Parker will present the 2023 Drag Is Art Brunch fundraiser, benefiting the Knoxville/Knox County CAC Office on Aging Senior Companion Program and Knox Pride, which both provide a critical service to some of the most vulnerable community members. The Drag Is Art brunch is being held in support of the annual CAC Office on Aging Snowflake Ball fundraiser, as Parker was nominated to serve as an ambassador for the Senior Companion Program and to compete in a friendly fundraiser to determine who will be crowned King and Queen of the Snowflake Ball, which will be held Feb. 18, 2023, at 6 p.m. at the Rothchild Catering & Conference Center.
