The East Tennessee Community Design Center (ETCDC) will hold its 2025 celebration at the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum. ETCDC has collaborated on multiple garden projects over the years, including preservation planning for the Howell House at the Knoxville Botanical Garden.
