The East Tennessee Historical Society (ETHS) board will hold its Annual Meeting of the Membership with official business followed by a special membership address from Dr. Warren Dockter, president and CEO of ETHS, who will review the last year of activity and share what is being planned for the year to come. The fourth annual Cherel B. Henderson Memorial Lecture will follow with guest speaker Jeff Sellers, director of education and public programs at the Tennessee State Museum and State Capitol. Sellers will present a scenic tour through rare and sometimes never seen photos of the historic Tennessee State Capitol from his book, “The Tennessee State Capitol: Historic Images of the People’s House.”
