The East Tennessee Historical Society will celebrate the announcement of Adrian Jay as the ninth vice regent representing the state of Tennessee at the Mount Vernon Ladies’ Association. The “Cocktails and Conversation” event will feature Dr. Susan P. Schoelwer, the executive director of Historic Preservation and Collections at George Washington’s Mount Vernon.
