The East Tennessee Historical Society will hold its annual East Tennessee History Fair, along with the East Tennessee Antique Fair. Participants representing the people, places and events that shaped East Tennessee’s past will “spill out of the East Tennessee History Center and fill downtown Knoxville, making history truly come alive.” Attendees can walk the East Tennessee Timeline, replete with re-enactors interpreting time periods from early settlement to the Vietnam War. The fair also includes hands-on activities, a bus tour of Knoxville’s historic homes, “History Hound” dog costume contest, food, museum tours and live music.

The event takes place at the East Tennessee History Center and downtown Knoxville locations.
