The East Tennessee Volunteer Recognition Awards (ETVRA), an initiative of Volunteer East Tennessee, recognizes outstanding adult and youth volunteers serving nonprofit and community organizations in four categories: Capacity-Building Volunteer; Civic Volunteer; Corporate Volunteer; and Direct Service Volunteer (Youth and Adult). All nominees will be honored at the ceremony. Frank Rothermel, founding board chairman, also will be honored for his service as a board member, fundraiser and direct service volunteer.
