The Downtown Home Tour presented by the East Tennessee Historical Society will offer an opportunity to see what urban living has to offer and go inside private residences that showcase the variety of homes downtown. Tickets are $30 if purchased by June 12 and $40 on the day of the tour. A VIP ticket for $150 includes admission to a VIP Access Only home between 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and an invitation to a VIP/Sponsor Party on June 12 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Club Room at Regas Square condos, which includes a home tour during the party. VIP tickets are limited and must be purchased by June 5.
