This exclusive, elegant evening of gourmet food, fine wines and enchanting music begins at 5 p.m. with cocktails and an appearance by the Knoxville Symphony Youth Orchestra String Quartet. At 6 p.m., guests will enjoy a four-course dinner with wine pairings. A special performance of the Knoxville Symphony Chamber Orchestra begins at 8 p.m. Seating will be done at tables of four and eight.
