The annual award recognizes contributions to company growth, leadership and community involvement by top financial executives in the Knoxville area. The Knoxville Chapter of Financial Executives International serves as judges, and honorees are selected in three categories: large business, small business and government or nonprofit organization. Bios of each honoree will be featured in the November Greater Knoxville Business Journal.

The 2016 honorees are: nonprofit, Phil Andrews, Oak Ridge Associated Universities; small business, Greg Ashley, Dentek Oral Care, Inc.; and large business, Pam Kimball, Cellular Sales, Inc.

A portion of each ticket sold for the awards dinner will be donated to HonorAir Knoxville, an organization dedicated to honoring East Tennessee World War II and Korean War veterans.
