The annual luncheon is a fundraiser for the Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum and features the new spring collection of designer hats by milliner Patricia Frankum, champagne reception and seated luncheon. A champagne reception starts with Bloody Mary’s and a showing and sale of Frankum’s hats. Top Hat tickets allow early entry at 10:30 a.m. Attire: Dressy, business, business casual, garden chic with hats encouraged.
