The Helen Ross McNabb Foundation will host an Evening of Hope in honor of Andy and Sandy Smith at The Country Club in Morristown for their dedication to serve children and families in need of mental health care, substance abuse, social and victim services in the Greater Lakeway Area. Proceeds from the event benefit the McNabb Center’s Jail to Work program in Hamblen County, which promotes the recovery of women who have a substance use disorder and are involved in the criminal justice system.
