The HoLa Festival is a celebration of diversity and a cultural salute to the East Tennessee community as part of the local celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, which has been celebrated since 1968 in the United States. This year marks the 16th edition of the festival, which includes food and craft vendors, music, dancing and other events.
