The HoLa Festival is a two-day celebration of diversity and a cultural salute to the East Tennessee community as part of the local celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The festival, which kicked off Saturday evening, features music, food, arts, crafts and more. Sunday’s Parade of Nations will be held from 2-2:30 p.m., starting at Gay Street and Union Avenue. This year marks the 19th edition of the HoLa Festival, which is free to attend. Food, drinks and crafts will be for sale.
