The Knoxville Jazz Orchestra will present an evening with the Don Hough Octet at the beautifully restored Maple Grove Estates. Wine and desserts will be provided. The Don Hough Octet is a dynamic ensemble and performs music by the legendary Dave Pell Octet, a cool jazz group from the 1950’s based in Los Angeles. The Don Hough Octet includes Stewart Cox, trumpet; Will Boyd and Tom Johnson, saxophones; Ben Dockery, piano; Larry Vincent, guitar; Dave Slack, bass; Keith Brown, drums; Kelle Jolly, vocals and Don Hough, trombone. Tickets are limited and must be purchased in advance. Admission is $100 per person and includes the concert, complimentary wine and dessert.
