The Boot Scootin’ Ball goes back to the 80s with an evening packed with live music by the Journey tribute band, Resurrection, line dancing, signature drinks, dinner, beer, bottomless souvenir glass and silent auction. The event is a benefit for Knoxville Area Project Access (KAPA), a broad-based community charity created to provide access to health care for low-income, uninsured individuals in Knox County.
