Knox Area Rescue Ministries (KARM) will present the 20th annual Dragon Boat Festival, a community event where teams made up of companies, church groups and friend groups compete against each other in 40-foot-long boats with 20 rowers and 1 lead drummer. It’s a full day of great competition to see who’ll be this year’s fastest on the water, and includes food trucks, entertainment, team and individual awards, and much more.
