Kids First Child Advocacy Center of the Ninth Judicial District will hold its annual dinner and fundraiser themed in 2016 as “A Child’s Journey … from Victim to Survivor.” The guest speaker will be former NASCAR champion Rusty Wallace. The event includes food stations, silent and live auctions and musical entertainment by The Top Notes, a 20-piece community band that plays swing hits of the 1940s.
