The Knox St. Patrick’s Parade, a benefit for Catholic Charities of East Tennessee, will begin at the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum. A “Cel-O-Braghtion Block Party in the Festival District (Clinch Avenue & Market Street) will immediately follow the parade with live music, libations, games and more.
