The Knoxville Bar Association will hold its annual dinner to pay tribute to the justices of the Tennessee Supreme Court. A cash bar reception begins at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The keynote speaker will be G. Douglas Jones, who, as U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama, led the team of prosecutors in the re-opened case of the 1963 bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church. He successfully prosecuted two former KKK members for the murder of four young girls killed in the bombing.
