Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon will give the “State of the City” address and present her proposed 2025-26 budget to City Council and the public at Covenant Health Park, located at 500 E. Jackson Ave. Attendees will seat themselves in the grandstand; seats will not be assigned. Concession stands will be open with a limited menu.
