Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon will give the “State of the City” address and present her proposed 2020-21 budget to City Council and the public. Because of COVID-19, this presentation will be delivered via news release and video. The City of Knoxville will upload the budget to KnoxvilleTN.gov/budget, send out an extensive summary through a media release and post a State of the City video address from Mayor Kincannon.
