Knoxville Mayor Indya Kincannon will give the “State of the City” address and present her proposed 2022-23 budget to City Council and the public. A brown bag lunch will be provided. The event will take place at the historic St. Mary’s Hospital campus in North Knoxville and will celebrate its future as a new home for the Knoxville police and fire departments and other public safety partners. Parking is available near the site and can be accessed via Huron Street and Oak Hill Avenue. The site also is readily accessed via KAT Route 21-Lincoln Park. Accessible parking is available at the surface lot on the corner of East Oak Hill Avenue and Huron Street. The City of Knoxville will upload the budget to KnoxvilleTN.gov/budget.
