The annual Croquet Tournament, now in its 18th year, features teams of players and the directors of the Knoxville Opera, Knoxville Symphony, Knoxville Museum of Art and Clarence Brown Theatre, as they compete for Knoxville’s top croquet awards. Registration begins at 10:30 a.m., and a gourmet brunch will be held from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The tournament starts at 12:30 p.m. A champagne high tea will be held from 3-4:30 p.m. White attire is encouraged: Traditional white sporting attire, or Old World elegance (long dress with garden party hat; men in turn-of-the-century whites).
