The 2023 Legacy Parks Foundation luncheon will feature musician Chuck Leavell, whose piano and keyboards have been heard on the works of Eric Clapton, The Rolling Stones, The Black Crowes, George Harrison, The Allman Brothers Band, The Indigo Girls, Blues Traveler, Train, Montgomery-Gentry, Lee Ann Womack and more. Leavell also is a respected authority on forestry and conservation, published author, longtime tree farmer, co-founder of The Mother Nature Network website and host of the PBS series “America’s Forests.” In 2019, he and his wife were named National Outstanding Tree Farmers of the Year.
