The annual March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction, now in its 28th year, features the talents of more than 20 chefs, restaurants and local food celebrities and allows guests the opportunity to sample the gourmet “signature” dishes of premier chefs. The event funds the March of Dimes’ mission to fight premature birth, birth defects and infant mortality.
